CAIO PAZINI

Caio Pazini is the founder of Forja Works and its sister companies Studio Forja,Plastico Company and Forja Home. A visionary driven by design and execution, Caio created these companies with a shared commitment: bringing ideas into reality.

While Forja Works focuses on commercial builds and Forja Home is dedicated to residential builds, Studio Forja is responsible for the design, planning, and conceptual development of each project, translating ideas into detailed and strategic designs. Complementing this ecosystem, Plastico Company specializes in the creation of plastic sheets, supporting projects with material innovation and production expertise.

Together, these companies operate as a unified structure, combining creativity, planning, material development, and execution under one vision.

GUILHERME AMARAL

An architect with a passion for design, I bring a rich background in interior architecture and event scenography, where I mastered the art of crafting immersive 360° experiences.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring new spaces – from trendy shops to cozy cafés, inspiring restaurants, and cultural gems. A lover of movies, cinema, and theater, I never miss a chance to dive into creative storytelling. And whenever the opportunity arises, traveling becomes my source of inspiration and discovery.

With a unique perspective that blends creativity, strategy, and a love for life’s experiences, I’m committed to transforming ideas into spaces that inspire.

BRUNA MARTINES

Bruna is an architect with experience in interiors and healthcare architecture. She moved to Ireland to continue her professional journey in a new context. She is detail-oriented, organized, and always looking to learn more to deliver quality results. Outside of work, Bruna loves reading, watching movies, and enjoying nature.

BEATRIZ

Passionate about interior architecture that connects with nature. I believe in living spaces filled with greenery, organic shapes, textures, and bold material combinations.

I work with residential and commercial interior architecture, creating solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and technology, always attentive to innovation and global design trends.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me exploring new places, observing architecture, watching films and series, or practicing outdoor sports.
